Lead times vary depending on the size of the order and availability of materials. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped out within 3-5 days of payment. If the item is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks from the day the order was recieved. You will be contacted immediately if there are any production delays.
Flat rate shipping for the U.S. is $5.00 and is added at check-out which includes $50.00 insurance. All jewelry is shipped from Oakland, CA via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping, additional insurance, and tracking is available upon request. International shipping varies, please contact us for specific pricing.
Returns are accepted for any undamaged, unworn pieces within 30 days for exchange or credit. Please note that custom orders and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Most pieces in the shop are sterling silver, which will tarnish over time. A polishing cloth is a great way to keep jewelry shiny. You can also use dish soap and a hard bristle brush (or a toothbrush works fine) to buff away some of the tarnish. Oxidized pieces will lighten with continued wear, so to retain the dark finish, try to keep polishing and surface treatments to a minimum. Pieces can be re-oxidized in my studio if you cover the cost of shipping. Gold can be cleaned with a polishing cloth, or just a little dish soap and a cloth. Polishing solutions can be used on chains, but care should be taken if the piece has any stones, as the chemicals may cause harm.
Repairs can be done to any damaged or broken pieces for a small fee. Repair costs vary depending on the damage/labor needed. Please contact the store for more info.
Alterations or custom orders can be done given advanced notice. Changes in length, color and size are often available. For example, most necklaces can be made to 18" length or rings can be made in mens sizes. Please contact the shop before placing an order for special requests.
